Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QHSE efforts, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of the team.
• Maintain and enhance ISO accreditations and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015) and future ISO accreditations (including ISO 45001:2018).
• Managing and liaising with QHSE auditors to acquire and maintain company accreditations.
• Collaborate with customers and the supply chain, exceeding expectations in QHSE matters.

• Implement and improve safety procedures, conducting audits and investigations.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality excellence among team.

 Qualifications:

• Relevant health and safety qualifications.
• Proven experience as a QHSE Manager, with a track record of success.
• Quality assurance qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and IT proficiency.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Motivated, forward-thinking, and a driver of positive change.
• Full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within the offshore/marine industry.
• NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an ISO auditor.
