Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QHSE efforts, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of the team.
- Maintain and enhance ISO accreditations and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015) and future ISO accreditations (including ISO 45001:2018).
- Managing and liaising with QHSE auditors to acquire and maintain company accreditations.
- Collaborate with customers and the supply chain, exceeding expectations in QHSE matters.
- Implement and improve safety procedures, conducting audits and investigations.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality excellence among team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant health and safety qualifications.
- Proven experience as a QHSE Manager, with a track record of success.
- Quality assurance qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills and IT proficiency.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Motivated, forward-thinking, and a driver of positive change.
- Full UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the offshore/marine industry.
- NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as an ISO auditor.
