TalentTide is delighted to be working with our client on the recruitment of a Continuous Improvement Manager.
You will be reporting to the Lean Director directly in this full-time, permanent role. You will be in charge of managing and implementing business improvement projects across the company by deploying the Lean framework across departments.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to manage a variety of cross-functional team members. You will be passionate about team building and leading change using your strong problem solving and decision-making skills. You will also have excellent communication skills, strong financial management abilities, and a background in project management in manufacturing and engineering environments.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary with some brilliant benefits, and you will be working to continue to transform a company that is already a leader in its field.
