As the first point of contact, you will provide administrative support to an expanding financial service practice which will include, Partner, Advisor and Paraplanners,
Key duties include
Answering all incoming calls maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties – provide administrative support to the Practice Manager; stationary ordering, marketing, correspondence etc, – support the day-to-day operations of the Practice.
Skills required
Excellent Face to Face and telephony skills and the ability to build rapport – Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications required
Maths and English GCSE at Grade 5 or above – regulation and legislation
Experience of Client Relationships Management Systems (desirable but not essential)
