We are currently working with a highly respected Southwest employer renowned for their exceptional staff retention and team of top-calibre practice specialists. Due to their expanding client base, they are now seeking a Manager to join their busy team.

To be considered for this role, you should have recent experience in statutory accounting and compliance within an accountancy practice setting. Whether your background is in accounts preparation and tax or external audit, you should possess excellent communication skills to engage clients from a diverse range of industries who may not have a financial background. In addition, as a Manager, you must have outstanding leadership and motivational abilities to inspire and lead a team of high-calibre trainees.

While ACA or ACCA qualifications are preferred, we welcome applications from non-qualified candidates with a strong background in accountancy practice. If necessary, our client can offer CPD and study support, and a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
