I am looking for a motivated individual to join an established team i the centre of Truro.

As a ‘Trainee Collections Agent’ you will be speaking with customers in order to agree outstanding resolutions to their arrears.

Full training is provided, ensuring that you meet and exceed regulation and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will be excited by a challenge and be willing to improve on their skills throughout their career.

Telephone experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Accurate data entry skills.

Basic level of IT skills required.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 and 1 in 3 Saturdays worked 09:00 – 13:00.
