In this exciting role, you will collaborate closely with various teams whilst working alongside the Senior Leadership team to drive strategic financial decisions and support business growth. The role will be offered on a permanent, full-time basis.

As their Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in their continued success. You will monitor financial targets and budgets, ensuring alignment with their strategic direction. You will provide decision-making support and insights to achieve their KPIs. Your expertise will be crucial in developing comprehensive trading reports, highlighting sales, trading margin, and stock movement, while identifying opportunities for profit improvement.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond day-to-day operations. You will take part in performance reviews, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand trading performance, assess risks and opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting. You will prepare insightful management information packs in partnership with the Group Head of Finance and Financial Controller, contributing to the continuous improvement of the financial reporting processes.

As an integral part of the team, you will have the opportunity to influence budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, ensuring cohesive targets across all functions. With your financial modelling skills, you will translate high-level strategies into operational goals, supporting their current and future brands. Additionally, you will evaluate stock management, improve working capital, and explore new business opportunities.
