TalentTide are delighted to have been invited once again to assist our repeat client, based in Falmouth, who are this time looking to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join their talented, dynamic strategic finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller the role will be offered on a full-time and permanent basis with the benefit of a blended working week.

In this proactive, forward-looking role you will require excellent communication skills in order to liaise with multiple stakeholder groups at all levels within the business.

You’ll lead, enhance and develop all aspects of two of the company’s manufacturing units financial and commercial performance, providing partnership to the senior leadership team and providing meaningful commercial analysis and insight.

As a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) you’ll have exceptional financial acumen including strong analytical, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills, a proven track record as an effective business partner and excellent problem solving, process improvement and organisational skills.
