TalentTide is delighted to have been invited by this repeat client of ours to assist in the recruitment of a new Finance Manager to join and lead their team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller this role will be offered on a full time and permanent basis. You will be based principally from Gweek but there will be some travel to the office in Roche. There is also the possibly to spend some time working from home if this suits the successful candidate.

The main purpose of the role will be to run all of the day-to-day finance functions and accounts for the four companies within the group including management accounts, monthly accounts and annual reports. You’ll also be reviewing and maximising cashflow and ensuring that margins, costings and ultimately profitability is maximised throughout the group.

The successful candidate will ideally be qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) although my client is much more concerned about your ability to do the job and in that regard part quals, finalists and candidates who consider themselves to be qualified by their experience will be given equal consideration for this post.
