TalentTide is proud to have been assigned exclusively by this extremely successful local manufacturing and distribution business based near Newquay and as part of their success they now seek to recruit a new Financial Controller to join their team.

My client is particularly interested in candidates who possess advanced Excel skills and strong ERP experience. With an eye for detail, you must have the ability to work well under pressure, especially in a busy Finance function. It is essential candidates have excellent people skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the business.

Reporting to the Group Head of Finance, the main purpose of the role will be responsibility for delivering operational excellence in finance. Reporting on all financial and accounting activities. Overseeing finance department in day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be ideally be qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) and will have experience of leading or show a genuine desire to lead a small team. Candidates who are Part Qualified or qualified by their experience will be given equal consideration for this post. You should have demonstrable experience of achieving successes within a fast-paced environment and be capable of prioritising and managing several tasks at once.
