TalentTide is proud to have been assigned exclusively to assist this extremely successful local manufacturing and distribution business based in St Austell and as part of their success and an internal promotion, they now seek to recruit a new Financial Controller to join their team. 
 
Reporting to the Finance Director, the main purpose of the role is to lead and motivate the finance team making sure that the statutory obligations of the company are met accurately and within timescales in order to ensure the company can achieve its strategic aims. 
 
The successful candidate will be qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) and will have experience of leading a team. You should have demonstrable experience of achieving successes within a fast-paced environment and be capable of prioritising and managing several tasks at once.
