TalentTide is delighted to be partnering with this new client of ours to recruit a French-Speaking Customer Services Coordinator.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager directly in this full-time, permanent role, you will maintain the positive image and reputation of the company by handling client queries professionally and logging all communication on the internal database. You will also assist the administration team with their tasks to aid in the smooth running of the company as a whole.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be fluent in French. We welcome all candidates with experience in customer services, administration or similar roles who would like to continue to develop their skills. In a perfect world, you will have experience within manufacturing, distribution or a similarly fast-paced industry, however, this is not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.
