TalentTide have been assigned to assist this very well know organisation in Falmouth in their search for a new Head of Finance to join their senior leadership team. Reporting to the directors this is a pivotal role within the organisation.

The role is critical in helping to ensure that overall profit and performance targets are met through insightful management reporting and the coaching of financial acumen across all staff in the business. You will be not only responsible for the whole finance function within the business, but also play a leading role in IT and procurement.

As an experienced accountant with demonstrable experience gained within similar roles, you’ll know what will be needed from you on a day-to-day basis. A full role profile will be made available to interested applicants.
