My client in the Bodmin area is looking for an HR Assistant to join them on a full-time basis until March 2022.

This role will include a basic DBS.

This role is a generalist role providing support to the HR team and head office team with a strong focus on maintaining the systems and all aspects of HR Administration.

Duties will include:-

  • Running reports
  • Audit and Quality checks
  • Note-taking at meetings
  • Processing all new employees, internal movers, and leavers
  • TUPE
  • Processing employee benefits
  • Liaising with other departments to assist where required

I am looking for candidates with the following skills:-

  • 1 years HR experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Organised and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in using an HR database
  • Eye for detail
