TalentTide are recruiting for a 1st Line IT Helpdesk Support professional to provide day-to-day maintenance, support and troubleshooting for one of our clients based in Falmouth Cornwall.

Responsibilities required:

  • Providing 1st line technical support
  • Deskside, telephone and remote support
  • Deliver high levels of customer service
  • Escalate calls to the 2nd and 3rd line team where appropriate

Required skills and experience:

  • IT Degree or equivalent – Business Information Systems, Computer Sciences or related qualifications
  • 1st line support experience ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft application and Windows desktop support experience


  • Hours of work – 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri)
  • Opportunity to go permanent
