You will be involved in maintaining, monitoring and supporting the security and integrity of the current IT and telecommunications network, liaising with various departments to ensure that IT equipment and systems are suitable for their needs. You’ll work as part of the team providing 7 days a week support.

For this role, you will need previous experience in IT support, a bonus if you have MCP/MCSE/MCSA or CompTIA A+, Network+ but not essential. You will need good working knowledge of networking eg TCP/IP, DNS & NAT, all desktop operating systems including Windows and MacOS, knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating system
