TalentTide are working in partnership with Cornwall Council for the recruitment of 4x Lead Developers.

Cornwall Council are rolling out their digital transformation plans. Which includes the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform to support multiple business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Utile Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Model Driven Power Apps, PowerApps portals, JavaScript, .NET, C#, SQL, Azure Functions, Power BI and Azure B2C to build the platform
• Design and write solutions that sit on Power Platform/Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Translate high level business requirements & problems into effective solutions
• Greenfield development for new environment
• Working within an Agile, Spotify Tribe environment
• Support customers to innovate, solve their business problems and meet their objectives
• Accelerate the roll out and exploit new and emerging capabilities.
• Embed a platform approach in solutions, ensuring, consistency, resilience and supportability

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Experience working within an Agile environment
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience essential
• Proven experience with Model Driven Power Apps, PowerApps portals, JavaScript, .NET, C#, SQL essential
• Azure experience essential

Package offered:

• Can be up to 47 days leave
• Flexibility to condense hours into 3 days per week
