TalentTide is delighted to be working with this new client in the recruitment of a Lean Change Agent.

You will be reporting to the Lean Director directly in this full-time, permanent role. The main purpose of the role will be to identify and reduce operational waste within the company through the implementation of continuous improvement strategies. You will also lead multi-departmental improvement projects, including Kaizen events.

You will need to have excellent leadership skills and will be passionate about team building and leading change using your strong problem solving and decision-making skills. You will also have excellent communication skills and have a high degree of computer literacy as well as strong financial management abilities.

We welcome all candidates with experience in a Lean or Kaizen role who would like to continue to develop their skills. In a perfect world, you will have experience working with stakeholders, will be Black Belt Six Sigma qualified and will have a background in process improvement and project management, however, this is not essential.
