TalentTide is delighted to be working with this eco-friendly consumer client on the recruitment of a Marketing Manager.

You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing in this full-time, permanent role offered as office-based, hybrid or remote with fortnightly or monthly meetings at HQ. You will manage and motivate a small team consisting of a Marketing Assistant and a Content Creator. You will be responsible for leading the marketing function of the brand through the development and execution of strategic plans across all areas, including social media, PR, and digital and offline marketing.

You will have proven experience creating brand engagement across many channels and have a strong knowledge of e-commerce. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and will be able to work well to tight deadlines whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome all candidates with experience in a brand marketing role and managing a small team. In a perfect world, you will have experience from an FMCG background; however, this is not essential. You must have solid IT skills, including excellent knowledge of Google Analytics.
