Please be advised that the office will be closed for the Festive Period on Friday 22nd December (from lunchtime) until Tuesday 2nd January.

WORKED HOURS/TIMESHEETS

Early submissions of timesheets forms are highly advised, and these are all at the discretion of all line managers. It is the responsibility of each candidate to

ensure their completed timesheets are approved by your manager and forwarded to Jobline so we can add into the relevant week’s payroll.

 

HOLIDAY CLAIMS


As most offices will be shut for the Christmas Holiday period (22nd Dec – 2nd Jan), it is advised if not working DO NOT complete a timesheet for the

Christmas Holiday instead complete a holiday request for the bank holidays or if taking any days off.  Please Ensure you have enough Holidays to cover.

Please also be reminded that your Holiday Accrual year end is 31st March 2024 so please use your Holiday accruals for any Christmas breaks.

 

You can submit your own holiday claims via the Candidate Portal, or call or email the offices, please do this to avoid disappointment.

All holiday claims need to be submitted before the above deadlines.

WE CANNOT ARRANGE EXTRA PAY IF A TIMESHEET /HOLIDAY IS MISSED. ALL MISSED TIMESHEETS/HOLIDAY WILL BE PAID IN THE NEXT PAYROLL
