Join a newly formed HR team where you will provide expert employment advice and support, focusing primarily on employee relations. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to other areas of the employee lifecycle, such as resourcing, reward, talent management, and employee experience.
You will need a strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory bodies for effective management of employee relations cases.
You’ll also need broad knowledge of employment laws, staying updated on current practices and best approaches.
