My client is all about working smarter, not harder. That’s why you’ll implement standardized methods (ITIL 4 FTW!) to swiftly and effectively tackle any challenge that comes your way. Continuous improvement? Absolutely! You’ll champion a mindset that fuels our evolution.
Here’s the lowdown on your responsibilities: conducting Major Incident reviews, tracking resulting actions to completion, and establishing SLAs/KPIs to set the bar high. Collaboration is key as you work closely with Process and Practice Managers, alongside other key stakeholders, to ensure smooth sailing for our operations.
Flexibility is the name of the game. We understand that life doesn’t always fit into a 9-to-5 box. So, you’ll need to adapt your working hours to accommodate our ever-changing needs. And yes, you’ll occasionally spread your wings, traveling primarily between the Cornwall and London.

A rock-solid background in running Problem Management processes within a bustling IT environment.
Expertise in managing and configuring ITSM products and tools. You’re practically a wizard!
Your smooth communication skills and impeccable interpersonal abilities can calm even the stormiest seas when resolving incidents.
Complex support environments don’t faze you; in fact, you relish the challenge and quickly adapt to new technologies.
Analytical prowess and exceptional report writing skills are your secret weapons.
Projects and tasks are a breeze for you. Your masterful multitasking, time management, and organizational skills are second to none.
Numbers are your friends. You effortlessly evaluate and interpret service data, displaying numerical and analytical brilliance.
Your problem-solving approach is methodical, and your attention to detail is unparalleled.
Time management is your superpower. Shifting priorities, fluctuating workloads, and deadlines don’t rattle you.
Documentation is your forte. You document requirements, propose solutions, and create meticulous processes and data flows.
Familiarity with process modelling software? Microsoft Visio or Bizagi are right up your alley.
ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a must. It’s your ticket to Problem Management greatness!
