Do you have experience in capacity planning and production processes? Are you driven in maximizing sales and cost effectiveness?
This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing company based in Truro.
You’ll be taking the lead in establish and maintaining the capacity plan; monitoring customer order intake and liaising with lead times to the sales and production teams. You will need strong Excel skills to plan delivery schedules and place purchase orders and raise replenishment orders.
This role will require the candidate to look at continuous improvement of the capacity and production
planning processes which will include supplier negotiations, vendor management, identifying underperforming areas, sourcing and purchasing materials supplier assessments.
You’ll work with the UK and US teams so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
You’ll also need to be analytically minded and have super organisation skills.
