You’ll be working within a team of four and you will be required to efficiently route plan company employed engineers for the timely and efficient completion of warranty and charge visits.
You’ll deal with customer calls, dealers and engineers ensuring that all calls are logged and dealt with promptly and professionally. You’ll work with engineers to plan efficient routes for them to attend, review parts requirements and then co-ordinate despatch for all requests. You’ll need to make calls to customers to book appointments and manage cancellations.
This is a role were your customer service skills will be demonstrated at its highest level. A team player and the ability to multi task is essential.
