TalentTide is delighted to be working with our longstanding client on the recruitment of a Technical Helpdesk Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers and retailers, providing technical advice and will report to the Technical Helpdesk Assistant Manager in this full-time, permanent role.
We welcome all candidates from a customer service background who would like to continue to develop their skills. In a perfect world, you will have experience of technical fault finding in a manufacturing environment; however, this is not essential as training is provided. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and you will be able to think on your feet using technical documents and drawings.
