Talent Tide are looking to recruit a Technical Learning Manager to lead the development and implementation of their technical strategy.

You will need an accountancy background and play an important part in providing staff with technical knowledge to achieve their ambitions. You will be a practical and collaborative experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of the technical aspect of our learning strategy. They will oversee our pre and post qualified technical training with direct responsibility for post qualified learning and management of a Technical Learning Specialist responsible for pre-qualified learning.

About you:

As a Technical Learning Manager, you will:

• be expected to have a strong understanding of the technical knowledge and experiences in a modern accountancy practice.
• be able to create a technical learning strategy, diagnose individual and collective technical learning needs and make a positive impact on performance and potential at all levels across the firm.
• be able to manage and influence a number of stakeholders, including those more senior and technically proficient than you.
• have a good understanding of different learning styles and personality preferences and the impact on the design of technical learning interventions.
• enjoy and excel at managing a range of internal and external providers to deliver design and deliver technical training across the firm. You will have a passion for learning by doing and experiential learning approaches.
• have experience of leading and managing others
